Return & Shipping Policy

RETURNS

  • Unworn jewelry may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us with your full name, email address, and order number so we can expedite the process.
  • A full refund will be given once the item is received (shipping cost not included).
  • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for EARRINGS due to the nature of the item.

EXCHANGES

  • Unworn jewelry may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us with your full name, email address, and order number so we can expedite the process.
  • If exchanging any items, the buyer is responsible for shipping the order back to our facility. The buyer is also responsible for covering the shipping for the exchanged items.
  • Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges for EARRINGS due to the nature of the item.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • DOMESTIC ORDERS:
    • For all domestic orders, free standard shipping is offered for orders over $75 and will be applied automatically during checkout.
    • Shipping time for domestic orders is usually 2-5 business days.
  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
    • Shipping time for international orders is usually 7-21 days.
    • Shipping time varies depending on package destination but may increase due to customs.

PROCESSING TIME

Most of our orders typically ship within the same day. Processing times may increase during holidays due to the increased volume of orders we need to fulfill.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to update or cancel your order, please notify us the same day your order has been placed. If not, we may not be able to cancel your order.

If you would like to change your mailing address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once a package has left our facility, it is up to the buyer to change the address with the appropriate shipping carrier.

LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for orders that are lost in transit. Once your order has left our facility, we have no control over the package.

Please check if your order has been marked as delivered. If it was marked as delivered but you have not received your order, please contact the appropriate shipping carrier to find your package.
